The Family Security Program is available only to National Sales Directors, and eligibility depends on debuting as an NSD before a set age (before 60 for one group, before 65 for another). Because NSD is the rare top tier reached by a very small number of people, this program does not apply to consultants, team leaders, or most directors.
It is not a retirement account or an employer-sponsored retirement plan. It's a Company program for top National leaders, governed entirely by the official "Mary Kay Inc. Family Security Program" document. Please don't describe it to anyone as a "retirement plan" — that would misstate what it is. If you want to talk with your team about actual retirement saving, that's a separate, personal financial-planning conversation.
